Fajitas with roasted salsa & honey habanero shrimp 3.8.2015


Inspired by Uncle Julio's
Flank steak marinated for a few hours in 50/50 pineapple juice and soy sauce.
Then grill for just a few minutes per side on a hot grill. Slice against the grain and devour.

So yummy!


Bacon wrapped cheese and peppers stuffed shrimp!
We mixed some cheese (mexican cheese with chopped chiles- jalepeno's work too), split the shrimp and stuffed just a tiny bit into them, wrap in par cooked bacon with toothpick.  Grill or bake till cooked and bacon crisp.  Serve with a mix of honey and hot chile sauce....anything sweet and spicy you like.
