Fajitas with roasted salsa & honey habanero shrimp 3.8.2015
Inspired by Uncle Julio's Flank steak marinated for a few hours in 50/50 pineapple juice and soy sauce. Then grill for just a few minutes per side on a hot grill. Slice against the grain and devour. Fajita poblanos and onions Vegies and cilantro to make roasted salsa So yummy! Roasted Salsa Recipe Link Bacon wrapped cheese and peppers stuffed shrimp! We mixed some cheese (mexican cheese with chopped chiles- jalepeno's work too), split the shrimp and stuffed just a tiny bit into them, wrap in par cooked bacon with toothpick. Grill or bake till cooked and bacon crisp. Serve with a mix of honey and hot chile sauce....anything sweet and spicy you like.
