A perfect meal is fresh guac (avocado, lime, salt & Frank's), good tortilla chips and a fresh margarita lots of margaritas this summer...this one a strawberry one with our chicken fajitas sliced marinated chicken fresh guac please

it is so hard to remember how to spell those two words...I always want to put an "h" in fajitas and an extra "o" in guacAmole.... That's what was for dinner....last nite we went to a local tex/mex  restaurant and had faJitas and margaritas..per a recommendation from a friend...it was very good...a great nite...walked around the outlet mall after...great people watching...like being at the international terminal at DFW...no kidding. So tonight it was tex/mex at home...liquor stores are closed on Sun...so beer was instead of marg's and faJitas on the menu....very satisfactory...a very satisfactory day indeed.

Scott picked up a regular brew and then some new weird blue thing, yucko and too sweet... roasted peppers in the oven & sauteed onions on the stove top guacamole, fresh California lemons from Grandma Wanda's peppers and onions marinated sliced chix...for fahitas
