baked chix wings in a 375-400 oven for at least 20 min...till crispy. toss em in a little oil and s&p then toss em in a mix of 3/4 Frank's hot sauce & 1/4 butter. DEVINE! Serve with celery & blue cheese dressing makin' my mouth water right now

Shortcut Buffalo Wings w/ herb topping

We were craving wings...but wanted to stay in. Scott went to Market Street and bought their premade wings from their deli section, bone in and boneless and some blue cheese dressing and celery. We lined a jelly roll pan with foil for easy clean up, spread the wings out and put them in a low oven...about 225-250 for at least 30 minutes. we cranked the broiler on for a few minutes and got em hot and really crispy. After we'd tried this a few times, Scott decided to make a topping with some left over herbs...he sprinkled it on at the end of the cooking and it was divine. Going out for professional made wings is certainly better...but these wings with a glass of cold beer are worthy of cravings...at least to me:)...not only are they good, but cheap. Affordablility in food, a great value is always welcome:) it leaves more money for the really fun stuff...like sushi or even better VACATION!
