Baked Shrimp & pasta 11.14.09
Shrimp was on the radar again, and I had seen an episode of the Barefoot Contessa where she baked shrimp scampi with a herb bread crust...so we tried it. The recipe and video are on food network. It was good, but a little salty and not good enough to make twice... It was ez tho and still definately good enough for happy tummies this nite. Research :)
