Another yummy week in the Works' house.   Creamy tomato soup for my peeps at school, popcorn for dinner :), spaghetti and meatballs, tilapia with sweet tater fries. our frozen enchilada chile sauce…decanted and put back in big baggies in the fridge.  so pretty I think this was the slow cooker recipe…but it could have been a stove top version with deli meat.  we have a au jus concentrate in the fridge…so either way it was good!  i like it with a few banana peppers.
