Chicken Panini's on George Foreman: 1 white sandwich roll 1 chunk pesto, melted to room temp and spread on bread sauteed onion (from freezer or fridge) sauteed sliced mushrooms cheese of choice..we used white cheddar I think buttered and grilled on GF served with hot peppers and bbq chips So crazy delicious...
