now onto cajun risotto...a variation of my easy etoufee










BBQ slow cooked pork recipe

4-6 chicken breasts or 3-4 pounds pork from costco, 1 btl sweet baby rays bbq sauce 1/4 c vinegar 1 tsp red pepper flakes 1/4 c brown sugar 1 tsp garlic powder. (double the sauces if needed) cook on low 4-6 hours.  shred and soak back in sauce.  sooooo good and lean.
