12.25.2010 Christmas Bbq sauce for pork shoulder

Asked our friend Shane for some BBQ sauce tips...he is an award winning pit master...he suggested Honey, teriyaki, sesame, hoisin,franks, bullseye. We roasted a 3+ lb pork shoulder for Christmas dinner...at 225 10-12hrs...195-200 internal temp...it was devine.  It was poked with quite a few garlic cloves...rubbed with spices...and topped with bbq sauce...yum!
Dad grilled some chicken and beef and vegie skewers Mikey made...delish! We brought pilaf, a pot of beans and this roast with the BBQ sauce.
