1.1.11 porkchops & noodles with a kick

No better way to start the new year than porkchops with mushrooms and noodles.  We had this with Grandma and the family recently and just didn't get enough.  Though ours was a little spicier...maybe too much.
Thin breaded/boneless chops, seasoned and pan seared.  Gravy made with pan juices and cream of mush soup...with extra sauteed mushrooms.  Braise meat in the juices and then serve over buttered egg noodles.  My mouth is watering right now.  This is a well loved Eaton family recipe...so simple and so good
