1.17.11 Scott's holiday sausage cornbread dressing for dad

Scott made a rich, sausagey cornbread dressing for Christmas or Thanksgiving...I can't remember...and while it was a bit too busy for me (andoiulle is a little too strong)...Dad absolutely loved it and requested it for the road. Scott made him a batch but subbed Earl Campbell for the andouille (sp?) Every interaction with daddy is still surreal for me..and precious.  We cut the cooked dressing up into large squares and put it in a ziplock...Daddy puts it in his tiny little crock pot and sets in on low and when he's ready to eat, his food is nice and hot.
