This was a good week for food in our home.  Just a regular week (second week of the school year), but the food always makes the week better...and I can't wait to come home and kiss the cook!
The tools ready to cook, the right knife (sharpened by dad), a solid cutting board and some Bourbon to sip.

Scott's crab cakes. Nice and crispy but tender inside.  I loved them...but they didn't meet Scott's standard.
