please remember that although I write these words...these days 90%+ of our recipes these days are made by my E.M. (everything man)  These are a variation of his crab cakes...herby, salty, rich and delicious!  Douce with fresh lemon juice...preferably lemons from your grandma's California trees...and EAT!
