10.17.2010 Scott's bday ribeye, taters & asparagus



coated in a mix of paprika, s&p, brown sugar...maybe garlic powder
Sear the steak on high heat (on grill)...we use cast iron skillet...sear about 4 or so min a side (edges too) and then in oven for about 15 min at 350...YUM!
potatoes that I roasted in olive oil at high heat and added asparagus to roast at the end...sooo good!






homemade blue cheese dressing over a wedge
1 cup mayonnaise - real, such as Kraft
1 cup sour cream
6 oz (3/4 cup) crumbled mild blue cheese
1 tablespoon lemon juice
kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
