Our 23rd anniversary was Sept 20...my 42nd bday Oct 10 and S's 51's is Oct 17...so we justify all sorts of extravagances during these weeks...and month.   #Birthdayweek

Even better...left overs.  Scott used some of them to make an omelette. And we are using some of them to make creamy steak & mushrooms over pasta.
Uncle Julio's steak, cheese enchilada brunch.. We share it and it is divine.  No onions for me though.  Yucky.
Gotta have a shot of tequila for my birthday boy.
