2.26.2012 Frittata for breakfast, soup & cupcakes for dinner

Scott's potato and cheese frittata covered in sour cream & salsa...inspired by Ina's

also a yummy leftover

left over hot and sour soup for dinner

added some crunchy noodles from the local Chinese place, and a couple egg rolls

added cilantro this time

and some yellow cupcakes with chocolate cream cheese frosting...so moist and scrumptious
